Maison d’Or, West Palm Beach, Florida
Kolter Urban and Perko Development Partners have launched sales for Maison d’Or, an ultra-luxury boutique condominium rising on South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The 19-story building will feature just 39 expansive residences, ranging from two- to four-bedroom layouts to a fullfloor penthouse spanning more than 10,000 square feet. Designed by 10 Design with interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates and landscape architecture by EDSA, the project blends European-inspired design with Palm Beach flair. Amenities include an Intracoastal-view pool deck, private dining and lounge spaces, wellness facilities, guest suites, and a dog spa. Pricing begins at $5.7 million.

THE WILLIAM, NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
The William has launched sales for a 26-story residential tower in North Miami Beach. Developed by Blue Road and Ilia Development Group, the project brings 374 residences to market. Floor plans range from studios to three-bedroom layouts spanning approximately 552 to 1,412 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows, glass-railed balconies, and imported porcelain flooring. Amenities includ a pool deck, fitness and yoga studios, spa rooms, co-working spaces, and a rooftop pickleball court. Pricing begins in the high $300,000s.

THE BEACH CLUB, BARBUDA, CARIBBEAN
The Beach Club, Barbuda has opened sales for its low-density residential community on Barbuda’s southwest coast. Set across 400 acres, the development is founded by Robert De Niro, Daniel Shamoon, and James Packer and is anchored by the forthcoming Nobu Beach Inn, scheduled for completion in late 2026. Ownership opportunities include 25 Nobu Beach Inn Residences priced from $12 million, 23 one-acre Beach Club Villas starting at $7 million per lot, and seven six-acre Beach Club Estates from $15 million per lot. Owners will have access to spa facilities, tennis and padel courts, beach clubs, and an owners-only clubhouse.

APES HILL BARBADOS, SPEIGHTSTOWN, BARBADOS
Apes Hill Barbados has expanded its footprint with the opening of a private beach club in Speightstown, adding a coastal counterpart to its hillside community. Located 15 minutes from the main property, the club offers direct beach access, loungers, dining, and waterfront service along Barbados’ northwest coast. A rotating menu highlights local ingredients, while Fridays feature the Apes Hill Catamaran Experience, a limited sailing excursion with onboard dining and water activities. The beach club complements the resort’s amenities, including championship golf, wellness programming, and padel and tennis courts. Residential offerings include custom homes and villas, with pricing starting around $1.5 million.

CIPRIANI RESORT, RESIDENCES & CASINO PUNTA DEL ESTE, URUGUAY
Cipriani has launched U.S. sales for Cipriani Resort, Residences & Casino Punta del Este. The project will include three residential towers, a luxury hotel, beach club, restaurants, retail, and a casino. Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, the first tower will offer 65 half- and full-floor residences, interiors by Hassen Balut Studio, and expansive terraces. Amenities range from pools and a spa to fitness studios, sports courts, and a beach club. Pricing begins at $1.9 million, with the resort slated to open in 2026 and residential delivery beginning in 2028.
